The AA Rosettes

Hotel Petit Champ's Restaurant makes full use of Sark's excellent seasonal produce to stunning effect. The restaurant offers a consistently high level of cuisine that has been recognised by the award of two AA rosettes.

 

 

 

Sustainable Restaurant Association

With clean air, no intensive or industrial practices and a legally protected sustainable fishery it is easy for the three gold star SRA accredited restaurants of Sark Island Hotels to source the best of what is grown, caught and reared on Sark.

Supplemented by seasonal organic vegetables from our own greenhouses and kitchen garden, the newly planted orchards and honey from the attendant bee hives, food miles become food metres. By supporting local farmers, the Sark Creamery and the Island's fishermen we are helping to ensure that Sark's traditions and skills will continue long into the future.
